The REACH! Partnership Panthers are the High School Boys Basketball Team for REACH! Partnership School. REACH! Partnership School is a Baltimore Public Transformation School operated by CivicWorks. REACH! Partnership School serves grades 6-12 and offers career paths in Construction and Health hince the acronym Reaching Educational Acheivement in Construction & Health. The school opened in 2008, the same year the team was established. REACH! promotes the concept of student first and athlete last. In promoting this concept, REACH! players are held to specific standards. Academics, behavior, and attendance must all fall in line in order for a REACH! student to participate on the team.
REACH! participates as part of the Baltimore Innovative Athletic Conference (BIAC), a small independent Baltimore Metropolitan Area High School Athletic League. In REACH!'s initial season as part of the BIAC they brought home the BIAC Division II (JV) Title.
REACH! Partnership's Mission is to ensure that all students receive options and opportunities. REACH! emphasizes both academics and careers, through high quality instruction and experiences, so that students graduate from high school prepared to pursue a post-secondary education plus have the added advantage of having marketable, entry level skills.
